Hotel Cancellation Policy and Deadlines
For cancellations before October 29, 11:59pm (ET), please contact SHRM's housing provider at (833) 296-1108 or email shrmvlbm@conferencedirect.com.
For cancellations October 30 and beyond, please contact the Hilton Cancun directly at +52 998 432 0300. Cancelling after October 30 will result in a hotel cancellation fee equivalent to amount of your entire hotel stay.
SHRM is not liable for any fees imposed by the hotel under these policies.
If you are cancelling your sleeping room and no longer participating in the meeting, you must follow the steps below to cancel or transfer your registration.
Event Cancellation Policy & Event Transfer Policy
Registration Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another eligible Volunteer Leader from your State Council or Chapter until October 20, 2025.
To Transfer or Cancel: Please complete the Conference Transfers and Cancellations Form.
If you are cancelling or transferring your registration, you will also need to follow the steps above to cancel your sleeping room.
