AI is transforming the workplace faster that we could have ever anticipated-and HR's role through it all is more important than ever. But when only certain members of your team engage with new ideas and technologies, you run the risk of disjointed understanding, uneven adoption, missed opportunities, and falling out of step with emerging regulations.
Without shared understanding, even the most capable teams struggle to implement AI effectively. When your HR leaders learn separately, strategies become fragmented and the ROI of AI investments diminishes.
Built by SHRM and grounded in legal expertise, people-first strategy, and real-world HR application, The AI+HI Project goes beyond the hype. It offers a unified learning experience built for HR teams to learn and lead together.
Your team will gain actionable insight from proven use cases, expert panels, and peer-driven conversations that cut through the noise and elevate strategic decision-making.
Access tailored pricing for your team of 5 or more.
SHRM's AI Enablement for HR program gives your team the blueprint to turn AI potential into real business results—streamlining processes, elevating decision-making, and building workforce capability at scale. From strategy to execution, empower your HR function to lead AI adoption with confidence and measurable impact.
