Methodology: Turnover cost avoided uses SHRM's benchmark of 6-9 months of salary (7.5 months average) as the cost to replace an employee. The 67% retention lift is sourced from Linkage's own post-event participant data. A conservative 20% attribution to training is applied. Productivity gain models CCL's finding that poor leadership drives a 29% productivity reduction — a 15% improvement is applied across direct reports' estimated salaries (65% of leader salary). In-person multiplier (1.25x) is applied to reflect the added value of full immersive programming, networking, and workshops vs. virtual attendance.
